The OHT between Morgan Fields TH and Indian Creek will be intermittently closed for prescribed burns between 2/25/13 and 4/15/13. For more info contact Pleasant Hill RD 479-754-2864

Call 870-269-3228 to verify status for use planning. If no answer try 870-757-2211. If no answer check weather forecast and double forecast precip estimate. CG is subject to flooding and road is subject to icing.

SHORES LAKE WEST LOOP
Has been re-opened by the USFS.

EAST FLY GAP ROAD?
Between Hwy AR 23 and Morgan Field road has been graded recently (11/12), but remains rough particularly east of Fly Gap. Low ground clearance vehicles not recommended. Bypass via AR 215 east past Redding CG and go north on Morgan Mountain Road to Morgan Field to access Hare Mtn or OHT eastbound.

SLIDE AREA ADJACENT TO OHT AT Mile Marker 43.4. (down trail from Hare Mtn overlook). Watch for possible trail involvement. Please report any hazard to USFS and OHTA (see Contact).
