Ozark Highlands Trail Guide by Tim Ernst

Maintenance Report

Maintainers who adopt their own section of the OHT agree to maintain it at least twice a year and report to the Maintenance Coordinator after each trip. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in your section being given to someone else—there is normally a waiting list.

The form can be completed online below or download a maintenance report (38kb pdf) that you can print out and mail to:

ATTN: Roy Senyard
P. O. Box 10979
Fayetteville, AR 72703

PLEASE NOTE: Any person in your maintenance crew who is not a currently dues paid up member MUST download and fill out a Temporary Membership Certificate (also available from the outing leader.) Only OHTA members are permitted to participate according to our Agreement for Sponsored Volunteer Services with the United States Forest Service. The United States Forest Service will only “consider sponsored participants (current members) as federal employees for the purpose of tort claims and compensation for work injuries, to the extent not covered by the sponsor (the OHTA).”
