Distance of hike: approximately 7.6 miles.

Difficulty of hike: moderate to strenuous due to undulating terrain and length.

NOTE: We will be walking a lot on old roadways and some bushwhacking to 3 waterfalls. Afterwards we may also go see some other easy-to-get-to waterfalls near Matney Knob Trailhead.

Meeting Time: 9:00 at Matney Knob Trailhead *OR* 9:30 a.m. at Push Mountain Fire Tower/Johnson Rd.

Meeting Places: Push Mountain fire tower/Johnson Rd—there is parking on either side of the road.

If going south on Hwy 341/Push Mountain Rd., it is 18.5 miles south of Sheid bridge (go past Brush Creek Trailhead).

OR if going north on 341, it is 6.9 miles north of 341-14 interchange. It will be past Moccasin Springs Trailhead and before Brush Creek Trailhead.

NOTE: If you are coming from Mountain Home direction, you can park at Matney Knob Trailhead on Hwy 341-one mile past the bridge on the right and be picked up at 9:00 a.m. in a white van (Gordon) or you can go on to the Johnson Road parking.

Extras: All ages welcome. Please bring a lunch, water, and proper hiking gear (boots, headlamp, cap/beanie, gloves, etc.)
